Saturday, quick blog.

Tried a new pork chop recipe based on what I had on hand.  Had everything but tarragon.  Not a big fan of tarragon anyway.  Grilled juicy & tender pork chops + this glaze = DELICIOUS!  Keeper, keeper.  Be generous with the glaze.  http://m.foodnetwork.com/recipes/606749


Made some boxed garlic primavera risotto to go with it.
